Shipping Policy

Yesterday Restored provides digital photo restoration and colorization services. No physical products, prints, frames, or mailed items are included unless specifically stated otherwise.

Completed restorations are delivered digitally by email or download link to the email address provided at checkout.

Our standard estimated turnaround time is within 2 business days after payment and all required photographs have been successfully uploaded. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major United States holidays.

Turnaround time may be delayed or paused because of low-quality image files, customer-response delays, technical issues, unusually high order volume, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because our services are delivered digitally, no shipping charges apply.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their completed files. Uploaded photographs and completed restoration files are generally retained for up to 90 days after delivery. After that period, the files may be deleted and may no longer be available for redelivery.
